David Russo holds a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from the SUNY College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry, and is a New York State licensed Landscape Architect with 12 years of experience. He also holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Connecticut.

David's work experience includes the founding of R2P STUDIO, a firm that produced much of the work shown on this site. Prior to that he worked for the larger firms of 'MKW & Associates', 'Wagner Hodgson Landscape Architecture', and on various exciting projects with 'Workshop: Ken Smith Landscape Architect'. David also worked for the non-profit organization 'New Yorkers for Parks', and has periodically taught design studios at the New York Botanic Garden.

David sat on the board of the NYC chapter of the 'American Society of Landscape Architects' for 6 years, and was a founding member on the Steering Committee of the 'Friends of Luther Gulick Park'.
